Minimum 2 year consistent yoga practice. Confident in backbends.
Designed for advanced students and yoga teachers. Attendance requires a minimum 5 yrs of consistent practice and competence in Level 3-4 at IY. An invitation only, teacher approval class. Please attend another class with Dana to obtain approval.
