Class Levels

 

Level 1-2:

Learn or refresh the fundamentals of Yoga: Ujjayi breath, proper alignment and learn what’s best for you and your body at a slower pace.

All Levels:

Must know Ujjayi breath and proper alignment in standing postures (see above)

Level 3-4:

Minimum 2 year consistent yoga practice. Confident in backbends.

Level 5:

Designed for advanced students and yoga teachers. An invitation only, teacher approval class. Please attend another class with Dana to obtain approval.
