Please Note: Both courses (TTA & TTB) must be taken to meet the 200hr requirement for Yoga Alliance accreditation. Each provides 100hrs of training and may be taken in any order. 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Overview
IYTT is about empowerment. Whether you are a curious student or an aspiring teacher this program will change your life. In the course of 2 x 10 days of full immersion you will deepen your practice, discover your own voice, build the confidence to stand up in front of anyone and share the deep knowledge you have learned. It is an intense program, but Dana creates a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere with personal attention and guidance to help you learn and get results. If you love yoga and want to totally immerse yourself in practice and education, this is the training for you.
IYTT is about knowledge and continuity. Drawing from the traditions of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar and Yoga Therapy1(Viniyoga) – all directly descended from the great yoga master Krishnamacharya, IYTT will teach you the key principles and the deep heritage that underlie these classical yoga styles. Not only will you learn the postures, how to teach and safely adjust them, but you will practice them and establish your personal connection with this 4000 year old discipline. To further deepen your knowledge, you’ll receive a comprehensive manual for each module that you can refer back to time and again. The manuals contain pictures of each posture, its name in Sanskrit & English, its benefits and instructions on how to teach it.
IYTT is about education. Teaching is both an art and a science. You will learn the principles of effective communication, motivation and the mechanics of working with a group in a studio. You will discover how to teach with your eyes, your voice and your intuition. You will learn how to be present and how to ‘see the room’ – how to observe and how to interpret what you see. You will take away with you two comprehensive manuals with photos, benefits of postures and verbal cues to guide you both during and after the training. And, like learning to drive, once you have mastered the basics you will begin to experience the freedom of teaching creatively, in the moment – developing your own art.
IYTT is about qualification. Infinite Yoga is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance. Only accredited Registered Yoga Schools are able to graduate Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs). Along with over two decades of teaching experience, Dana is a Registered Teacher with Yoga Alliance at their highest level – E-RYT 500. Upon completion of this training you are eligible for their Internationally recognized RYT 200 accreditation. In addition, this training prepares you to be a successful yoga teacher that stands out from the crowd. You won’t just learn how to teach a class, but how to teach a great class. You’ll get insights into the business of yoga and learn how to build a student following and a reputation – whether you want to work at a studio or own one. You’ll understand the ethics and principles of the business and how to become a true professional.
IYTT is about YOU. Unlike weekend trainings, Infinite Yoga Intensives allow you to complete your certification in two 10-day modules, with ten consecutive days each (Please see
How does it work?
To become a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level (RYT-200) you must complete both 10-day Intensives (TTA & TTB), attend the Functional Anatomy for Yoga Teachers workshop (or equivalent), take/observe/assist in some classes and complete two book reports. You may take the entire 200 hour training in a 20 day period in the summer or begin in summer or winter and finish in winter or summer respectively. The latter approach enables you to use the intervening time to absorb the training and begin to apply it.
When you have completed your hours you will receive a certificate. Simply send a copy of your certification to Yoga Alliance to become a registered yoga teacher at the 200-level.

The full Infinite Yoga 200 hour Teacher Training is $2,400 for both modules1..
Individual modules2 may be taken at a cost of $1,400 each.
This does not include the cost of the required anatomy workshop, or independent study materials:
– 10hr Anatomy Workshop: $150 (Student rate)
– Independent Study Materials: $50 to $100
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required along with a completed application. (Request application here) The balance of the tuition ($1,900 or $900) must be paid in full 30 days prior to the commencement of training. Note: Payment plans are available – ask for details.
