Yoga Focus is a continuous workshop series held at Dana Rae Paré’s private yoga studio Viva Vibrante. just upstairs from IY. Wednesday’s Focus are 6-week programs from 6:00-7:30pm; Saturday’s Focus are 4-week programs from 11:00-12:30am with a new Focus beginning every 8 weeks.
I enjoyed every minute of it. I was a little nervous going into the workshop, because I didn’t know what to expect, but right away, you put me at ease. I never felt pressure to do more than I could or that you were pushing us beyond our means. At the same time, I feel like we all progressed a lot with every session. So, I would just say, keep doing what you’re doing. I really loved it, as you can tell, since I signed up for the other two right away! C.C.
Classes are limited to 7 students. This ensures that each student experiences individual attention from Dana and gains maximum results in moving forward in their yoga practice.
Yoga Focus is a progressive program to allow students to deepen their understanding of one particular aspect of yoga, review it and build upon it week by week over a 6 week period. Each series is a combination of the knowledge and information given in one of Dana’s workshops plus the “practice” format of a class and the personal attention of a private yoga lesson.
Pre-registration is required as space is limited and these will fill up quickly. Wednesday’s 6-week series is $118; Saturday’s 4-week series is $88. (please note there are no refunds if you miss a class).
The entire experience was excellent because not only did my back bending improve but I learned a lot about myself and the practice. The homework piece was super helpful too… it helped me from week to week. The group was great, the time was good. Yep, it was excellent. Thanks again and I can’t wait for the next. R.G.L.
