Start the New Year stronger, leaner, more energized with Yoga Boot Camp! Join Janike 3 days a week for our pre-registered yoga camp, Ashtanga-based with a new focus each week (upper body, lower body, core, etc.). Build strength & get in shape while learning authentic yoga!
Janike is a perfect example of teaching what she practices. No she doesn’t lift weights!!! Her strength and stamina are a reflection of years of disciplined yoga practice on a consistent basis along with good nutrition, hiking and cycling. (bio)

Important Note: The first Boot Camp begins New Year’s Day 12:30 – 1:45. All other Weds and Mon classes are 7am-8:15am and Sats 7:30am-8:45.
