Saturday July 2 – Regular Saturday Schedule

9:15-10:45am Improv w/Dana. Slower paced deeper practice for Level 3-4 students. Ashtanga-based, Forrest Yoga inspired. More about Dana

11:00-12:15pm Ashtanga Vinyasa w/Troy. Move & breath through 70-80% of the traditional Primary Series (“1st”) of Ashtanga with great adjustments from Troy. More about Troy

Sunday July 3 – Regular Sunday Schedule

8:30-9:45am Foundation w/Trevor. Start your Ashtanga practice with a solid Foundation. Create strength, flexibility and balance in this basic, but fun level 1-2 class. More about Trevor

10:00-11:45am Ashtanga Vinyasa Level 3-4 w/Trevor. Full Primary (1st) Series led in the style of Sri K Patabhi Jois.

12:00-12:30pm TriYoga w/Trevor. For those new to IY: Get your questions answered, learn about Infinite Yoga and the history & benefits of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Find out what classes are right for you.

Monday July 4 – Special Holiday Schedule
