We offer a perfect blend of traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and IY Specialty Classes, designed to help you explore and deepen your yoga experience. Ashtanga Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga that produces a strong, lean and flexible body and brings clarity and calmness to the mind. Unique to Infinite Yoga, created by Dana Rae Paré, IY’s Specialty Classes are designed to complement our traditional classes and help you advance in your yoga practice.

Create strength, flexibility, balance and longevity in your Ashtanga practice with a solid Foundation. Learn detailed alignment in postures and proper breathing (Ujjayi) in this fun, informative and entertaining class. New students will learn the basics while building stamina and muscular endurance. More experienced students will work deeper, holding postures longer and refining their knowledge and understanding of alignment and breath. Recommended for all new students to Infinite, this class is suitable for expectant mothers, those working with injuries and those wanting a slower paced format. A class you can begin with and return to – all levels can benefit. Ashtanga based, Iyengar inspired.
Optimize strength, balance and power with Infinite Yoga’s unique 55 min. yoga conditioning class. Fusing traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yoga Therapy and fitness. Build core awareness and balance while improving backbends. A therapeutic class to help rehab from injuries and excellent for anyone who wants to lengthen, strengthen and tone their body.
Please Note: This is class is NOT suitable for expectant mothers but is excellent for helping new mothers get back into their practice.
A strong class with an in-depth focus (hip opening, backbending, arm balancing etc.) Slower paced, deeper breath and multiple preps to move safely towards the more challenging postures of Ashtanga Primary (1st), Intermediate (2nd) and Advanced A (3rd) Series while gaining insight about yourself and yoga. Though this class is Ashtanga-based it is not necessary that you know Ashtanga Vinyasa to attend. Yoga teachers and dancers love this class! Please check schedule for appropriate level.
Please Note: Saturday’s Level 4 – 5 class requires teacher approval. Please attend any Level 3 – 4 class or Mysore to obtain approval.
Move through 70% of the dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary (1st) series (see Ashtanga Vinyasa Level 3/4) in this moderate tempo, up-beat class. Strengthen and detoxify your body with this powerful and graceful practice. You’ll learn “jump-throughs”, “jump-backs” and the precise rhythm of breath that brings mental clarity and focus. All Levels welcome, advanced students deepen your understanding of Primary Series moving at a slightly slower pace.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary (1st) Series as taught by the late Sri K Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. The series produces a deep internal heat that detoxifies, improves digestion, increases stamina, strength and flexibility while bringing mental clarity and focus. Postures are called out in Sanskrit with very little demonstration. Please attend Ashtanga Vinyasa All Levels or Mysore before attempting this class.

Breathe beyond boundaries going further than you realized you can go in this Ashtanga/Forest Yoga based class! Build strength, muscular endurance and concentration working at a slower pace with deeper holds. Letting go while advancing in arm balancing and backbending. Complete this strong practice exhaling into Restorative Yoga.
A progressive workshop series with limited space and lots of personal attention. Combines the flow of a yoga class, information of a workshop and personal attention of a private yoga lesson. You’ll advance in your practice through personal attention and focusing on one particular aspect or theme of yoga. Students must pre-register for 6 consecutive Weds. or 2 consecutive Sats. Yoga Focus is an additional charge (cannot use class cards) and do to results received and limited space, these sell out quickly.
