Unless otherwise indicated retreats are booked through Infinite Yoga. Numbers are always limited so early booking is highly recommended. Please contact us first to register your interest and check availability. For your convenience retreats may be paid for on-line using a credit card or by printing the booking form and paying by check.
Single Supplement
Accommodations are based on double occupancy. The single supplement applies to those who request a single room. Single rooms are limited and may not be available on certain retreats.
Deposit
A fully refundable deposit (less a cancellation fee of $65) of $250 is required to reserve your place for retreats of three days or less; $500 for all other retreats.
Final payment
Final payment is due 60 days prior to the retreat to confirm your place. If final payments are not received when due, Infinite Yoga reserves to right cancel your reservation and accept new reservations for your space.
Credit Cards
Retreats payments may be made on-line by credit card.
Refund/cancellation policy
A full refund (less a cancellation fee of $65) will be given for any cancellation made 60 days or more in advance of the retreat. No refunds will be given for less than 60 days notice.
Substitutions
Wherever possible your requests will be accommodated. We reserve the right to refuse if we are unable to comply for any reason.
Changes / Retreat Cancellations
Infinite Yoga reserves the right to make modifications and/or changes in the retreat program and/or accommodations as is deemed necessary. We also reserve the right to cancel any retreat. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, you may opt to transfer to another Infinite Yoga retreat or receive a full refund of the money you have paid us. Infinite Yoga is not responsible for any consequential expenses or damages incurred as a result of any cancellation, including, but not limited to costs spent in preparation, non-refundable or penalty-carrying airline tickets, special clothing, visa and passport fees, lost income and any other related losses or expenses.
