Optimize strength, balance and power with Infinite Yoga’s unique 55 min. yoga conditioning class. Fusing traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yoga Therapy and dance inspired strength-work. Build core awareness and balance while improving backbends using our 8 inch “yoga ball” prop (yes yoga with balls!). A therapeutic class to help rehab from injuries and excellent for anyone who wants to lengthen, strengthen and tone their body in just 55 min.’s.

Please Note: This is class is NOT suitable for expectant mothers but is excellent for helping new mothers get back into their practice.
